Individual Sessions (60 minutes) - $175
Family Sessions (60 minutes) - $200
Psychoeducational/Experiential Group Sessions (90 minutes) - Discuss fee with me
I am committed to providing affordable psychotherapy services to individuals who require sliding scale therapy. My sliding scale is $125-175 for individuals and $175-200 for family sessions. I also have limited spots for $75, a low-cost option for individuals who need it. If you require this option, I provide 6 weekly sessions or 12 bi-weekly sessions at this cost. This is time limited to provide others the opportunity to access low-cost options.

Payment can be made at the end of sessions through e-transfer or cash. Receipts are provided upon payment.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or appointment changes. The full fee will be charged for the missed sessions.
Insurance
Psychotherapy services are not covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) unless provided by a psychiatrist.
Psychotherapy delivered by Registered Psychotherapists with the CRPO may be covered in part or whole by some extended health plans. Some plans covered RPs (Qualifying) who are supervised by Registered Social Workers (RSW).
You may be able to claim the portion not reimbursed by your insurance company on your income tax as a medical health expense.
A receipt will be provided to you, which can then be submitted to an insurer for reimbursement.
Different insurers offer different amounts and types of coverage, and it is recommended that you contact your insurer in advance to find out the amount that is covered and what is expected from you.
